Consultation requests
Your name, email, phone number and the details entered in the form are used to handle your request and coordinate your consultation. Requests are stored in Lovable Cloud and sent to the clinic’s coordination system. These details are not included in the advertising submission event.
Campaign measurement
We use campaign parameters, advertising click IDs and successful form events for measurement and advertising optimization through Google Tag Manager. Google receives technical visit data when enabled. We do not send patient details or dental consultation events to Meta. You can accept or reject optional tracking and change your choice in Cookie settings. Necessary storage remains active. The fields are utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, fbclid and gclid. They remain in browser session storage to retain the visit source across navigation. The event includes the form identifier, not your name, email, phone or treatment information. Capturing a Facebook click identifier does not authorize sharing a dental request with Meta.
Consent and withdrawal
In regions requiring consent, optional tracking stays blocked until you accept. If the region cannot be determined, we also request your choice. Elsewhere, measurement may be enabled without a notice, respecting previous refusals and applicable opt-out signals. Cookie settings at the bottom of every page lets you reject or change your choice; opening it does not change your preferences. Rejection clears stored attribution and blocks new events. Events blocked when they occurred are never replayed.
Preference records
Your browser stores a visitor identifier, detected region, each decision, its timestamp and the text and version of the notice accepted or rejected. A later withdrawal preserves the earlier acceptance record. Choices synchronize between tabs in the same browser. Attribution lasts for the tab session; preferences remain until you clear site data. Consent to receive communications is not treated as advertising permission.
Google and external services
Google Tag Manager manages tags enabled by the clinic. When loaded, Google may receive your IP address, browser information and visit URL. Dental consultation events must not be linked to Meta tags or used for health-based personalized advertising. The HubSpot calendar loads when opened and its data is handled by HubSpot and the clinic; this site does not automatically record a completed booking. Google Maps, YouTube videos and other external services have their own policies.
